Soft Skills for students in Career Preparation will be reinforced this school year because it is important in both the work environment as well as personal life.  It is a Life Skill. 

Awareness of the various types of assessments in order to understand what a student knows, will learn, and has learned from a lesson(s) so there are assessments to fit what knowledge has been gained. 

Engagement while talking is important in order to share information as well as know whether or knowledge has been obtained as well as display of outcome.
