Communication is essential between all departments, so it is important to know the information potential students are given in each of the different departments, especially regarding finances and payment options. 

It is important to know and understand rules and laws that apply to the admissions process, so the institution can ensure fair and equal admission process for all, ensure compliance of all laws, share information as changes happen, and market the institution in a manner that is an accurate reflection of the institutions practices and policies.
