I learned that effective instruction begins long before entering the classroom. The module emphasized that thorough preparation involves aligning lesson goals with student outcomes, organizing materials in advance to maximize "time-on-task," and anticipating potential student questions to ensure a smooth flow of information.

 I will apply this by developing detailed lesson plans that include a variety of teaching aids and structured transitions between topics. 

I have gained a deeper understanding of the foundational principles of instructional design and the importance of adapting teaching styles to meet diverse student needs. The module highlighted how to maintain engagement and ensure compliance with educational standards.

I plan to apply these techniques by creating more interactive lesson plans and using clear, measurable objectives to track student progress. I will also focus on fostering a more inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
