In developing course content it is so crucial to ensure that it meets all earning style needs in a way that effectively delivers the information. 

I love the idea of learning student's name as this bring value to the relationship between teacher and student - the foundation of which acadmic success can be acheived. 

Planning and prep for your class ensures it runs smoothley therefore making it effective and a good use of everyone's time 

This module made me realize how important it is to strengthen my competency as a person and a professional to deliver more effective instruction in the classroom. The instructor plays many roles and each must be taken seriously. 

I loved the idea of expertise and enthusiasm as it comes to motivating students to learn. Being able to share relatable stories and show genuine excitement for content will ensure learning. 

Feedback, motivation, creativity are all so crucial in effective classroom instruction. Rapport is the building block of it all!

This module taught me very important components to be an effective instructor. This includes, being authentic, creative, out-of the box-thinking and respectful that our students are coming from all walks of life and their voices deserve to be heard and respected. 

I have learned an immense amount of useful information in this  module. Most importantly, I have learned to look at this program through the lens of the student. By looking at it through their lenses, you can better understand how to effetively teach and reach the goals that your students have created for themselves.
