Hello everyone, in this module I learned that consistency in course design helps students understand and navigate the course more easily, reusing learning objects saves time and effort, and continuous testing and improvement are essential to creating a successful online course.

This module gave me practical strategies to better support my students—managing communication, advising effectively, handling disruptive behaviors, resolving conflicts, and most importantly, preventing dropout in online learning

Just completed Module 3 of the EL102 course! I learned how to encourage participation in both asynchronous and synchronous discussions, adapt strategies based on class size and student needs, and provide timely, motivating feedback.

In this module, I learned the importance of designing online assessments that not only measure knowledge but also support the learning process through timely feedback, self-assessment opportunities, and clear model answers. I also understood the complementary value of synchronous and asynchronous discussions in enhancing student engagement.

I plan to apply these insights by organizing my courses with well-contextualized tasks, multiple-attempt quizzes, and formative feedback that encourages students to reflect and grow independently.
