I have learned that it is necessary to stay current around all topics concerning compliance and policies of my institution. I should attend trainings to ensure full understanding, while also meeting with colleagues to understand their role in our institution so that I can share this information with prospective students to enhance their student experience. 

I have learned that it is important to know what services are offered to students to assist in their success. It is also good to speak to employees who work in these areas to have a better understanding of what is available and how it can be helpful. 

I have learned that it is imperative that admissions enrollment terms be followed completed and that all forms need to be completed before enrollment is complete. Additionally, all forms need to be stored according to policies set forth by the institution. Payment, refund and financial aid information is something I need to be able to discuss. 

I have learned that admissions training is required to work with Florida students and that staying organized will allow me to be better at my job.
