From this module, I learned the importance of providing feedback that is tailored to each student's needs and using a respectful, encouraging tone when critiquing their work. 

From this module, I learned key ways to maintain a strong instructor presence online, such as leading discussions, managing projects, engaging in forums, and responding quickly to students. I plan to apply these strategies to create a more interactive and supportive e-learning experience.

I learnt that instructors use different strategies to reach common goals in online teaching. I also learnt that key skills and questions instructors must master adaptability and using best practices to be effective.
