I have learned that students' learning preferences are often deeply rooted in their cultural backgrounds, influencing how they process information and interact within a classroom. Offering multimodal assignments that allow students to demonstrate mastery through various styles, ensuring that diverse cultural strengths are recognized rather than sidelined by a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

This module highlighted how language is not just a tool for communication, but a profound reflection of a student's cultural identity and worldview.

I have gained a deeper understanding of how unconscious bias impacts decision-making and the immense value that diverse perspectives bring to problem-solving.
