I appreciate learning more about the different generations from an academic standpoint, mostly due to living in an area where things are very far behind and a lot of boomers are raising Gen Zers so there is a lot of conflict and confusion about communicating with the different generations. 

I appreciate that this course was created to help further promote integrity on all sides of the enrollment process. There is so much dedication to it that I am thoroughly impressed.

For as long as I have worked in heavy customer service fields, I have appreciated these reminders of professionalism and the strong emphasis on accountability as well as transparency. Not a lot of sectors really hone in on this.
