I learned how to identify those who do not participate or whose degree of involvement is below standard by monitoring their participation levels.

It will be more difficult to achieve a high level of interaction with your learners if your class size approaches 40.

I’ve learned, before the end of the first week of the course, it’s ok to send a personalized message to each student. Identify any aspect of the student's biographical sketch I believe is safe to discuss. Send my personal comments to them and remind them of my virtual office hours.

 I learned it is extremely important to comprehend the nature of the course content.
