Gloria, I found that engagement is very important for online learning. Making sure your are implementing learning activities either at the beginning of easch session as a review or at the end to see if the students did retain the material that had been presented, this can be via a discussion

Gloria There are a  great deal of different fators that make the online experience. The institution, the facilitator and the student. I learned that using the same creativity we used in the class room setting can still be used in the online setting. The important thing is knowing when to use it and making sure you know how to use it.

Gloria,I ahve found how the dynamics have really changed sine we went on-line and how the students miss the fiace-to-face communication, It has made me aware of making sure that My feedback is quickly returned to the student along making sure that I am involved in the discussuib porcess as well. Students need to feel that you are involved just as if you were in the classroom setting.  This has been helpful.

Gloria tImemanagement is not only for the student, but also for the instructor as well so this will help to elminate burnout.

It is important for both the teacher and the student to be organized in order for the learning process to be successful. 

Gloria I found this entire sectiopn to be very interesting. None of the items mentioned in this section were never addressed or mentioned. Unless a student makes it evident to addmissions that they have a disability we as instructors never really know. I feel it itis very important to consider that all students may have some type of disability and always take that into consideration when planning our delivery methods.

GLoria Online instructors must understand what is expected from students with disabilities. It is important to be aware fo the needs of each student not just the one with a disability. 

Gloria whien teaching on line you will have possibly students with disabilities. it is important to be proactive in your planning. It is important tho make sure that all students are able to achieve ther means of siccess whaterver the diability may be.
