Completing ed104 has reminded me of the sheer importance of the instructors every move and communication in the classroom. Many students are depending on you to know your stuff and to communicate to the student in a way they can understand.They need to know that you care by using their names and they need to be in a comfotable environment which promote learning. The leader of the classroom is you. You have an enormous amount of influence to guide and teach your new class. Proceed with respect of yourself and the students
