Figuring out the differences are important to teaching.

It is helpful to know the differences.

Knowing how to switch gears for the flow of the class instruction is key.

My takeaway is to be able to know what methods I can use to help the students understand the information from the class. 

Being able to know how to support the students in whatever way possible is knowing how to communicate.

Walking around the classroom can help keep students engaged.

My takeaway from this module is how to better be able to handle conflict properly.

My takeaway from this module is to be more attentive to the students to keep help them engage more. 

My takeaway from this module was to not be to overbearing when it comes to the communication. I don't have to be the dominant presence in my discussions I want the students to feel heard. And also, to get to know each student to better understand how to help them. 

Some things I learned in this module was to make sure to pay attention to the fine details and to set my online structure up to where it is easily accessible where I can keep it organized.
