Different assessments address different learned amounts of knowledge. 

Active learning is the key to comprehension. 

Asking questions draws the student into a deeper realm of thinking and engagement. 

As teacher's we must have the ability to address many learning styles and be able to recognize the needs of our students. 

Students with disabilities have options on how to learn subject matter. Accommodations help the indiviual be successful. 

All types of students can have learning disabilities. It is important that they have them addressed early to ease delayed learning concepts. 

This was a great unit full of good information to help teachers better serve our students. The care and understanding that goes along with different dissabilities are addressed and brought to light. 

How to teach students with disabilities. 

I am so bad learning new  students names, I am always traying to be prepared and I find that if I take my time and don't get nervous I am a better teacher. 

Students are going to cheat if you give them the opportunity. I fell that treating them as adults and speaking to them in a way where you communicate an expectation will encourage a more mature environment.
