About me

I am an Education Advisor/Consultant for MaxKnowledge. I write courses that assist in the professional development of career college instructors. These courses range in content from the introductory level to advanced instructional development. I started my teaching career as an instructional technology teacher on the high school level, completed graduate school and then moved into higher education. I spent many years in the area of teacher training at the University of Nebraska. While at the University of Nebraska I stared working with career college instructors to improve their instructional delivery skills. As a result of these experiences I have been a consultant to career colleges throughout the United States and a number of foreign countries.

Gonzalo, Personal attention and the earning of student respect is so valuable in keeping students in school. They see you the learning leader caring about them and their success. This increases their motivation level. Gary Gary Meers, Ed.D.
Gonzalo, Good planning on your part in terms of how to reach the different age groups of students in your class. Also, by delivering content in different venues you are appealing to the different learning preferences that your students have. Gary Gary Meers, Ed.D.
Brenda, You are doing a great service for your students. They need to have exposure to the "real world" in their training so the transition will be less traumatic when they are on their own in the work world. Gary Gary Meers, Ed.D.
