This module helped me understand how to stay current and up to date with regulation and school policies. 

I learned the importance of knowing my institutions programs and services, and I'll apply this by using catalog and resources to better support prospective students. 

This module showed me how important accuracy and organization are in admission paperwork process. I will apply the follow procedures carefully and making sure students understand all required documents. 

From this module, I learned how important it is to stay organized and informed as ana admissions representative. Keeping updated resources helps me confidently answer questions and support prospective students.
