Where can someone get more training about the admissions process?

I leaned that you should know about where you work and the program and student service offerings to be able to communicate better with students about the program and to create a reference binder that should be updated annually.

It is important to know about different aspects of the school's curriculum and classes to better explain to new students what is offered. Schools may employ different ways to market the school as long as it follows the guidelines.

In this section, I learned the importance of having an enrollment folder and following the admissions requirements for new students.

I learned that it is important to know the institution’s current catalog and agent training program for the admissions staff.
