Having taught young soldiers while I was in the US Army to now teaching adults that are changing careers into welding are two completely different avenues. What I learned is adult learners want to know how the curriculum relates to their chosen career path and how it relates to past experiences. I am looking forward to the remainder of this module.

How just simply changing how you word things could create a completely different learning environment.
