Technology in this day and age is important in connecting and getting work done quick. 

i learn the differences and levels of online and face to face with teacher to student interactions. how to impact students in a positive way by learning and being up to date with technology

Learning from this section "relationship and retention" it is my duty as a teacher to help the students feel comfortable and welcoming in an already stressful environment. Having a lot of encouragement towards the students will play a big role in our relationships with the students.

During this lesson i have now gain valuable tools to have my students being engage throughout my online courses. i understand having their attention is really important by doing so having videos, work sheets, and audio assignments will help them retain the lesson especially with different learning styles. Also sending out friendly reminders and keeping the communication open and making it a comfortable environment for the students to respond back.
