As an Admissions Specialist, from this module I learned the strict do's and dont's of what we are to communicate to prospective students, and the regulations to stay compliant with the state.
Always be honest with prospective students and truthful. As well as the importance of staying compliant with the state policies.
With this module, I learned proper communication with prospective students along with training and licensing requirements.
On this module regarding Staying Up To Date and Compliant, I learned about obtaining information properly, transfer policies regarding transferability of credits, and the importance of staff meetings / trainings to stay up to date.
This section of the course was a good teacher on advertising and marketing that prospective students may be drawn to. As well as the orientation for students and what to expect.
There was a lot of information in this course. One of the many things I learned is how important the enrollment agreements are, for the institution and the student. As well as presenting admission requirements properly to prospective students.
This is my 1st position as an admissions specialist, and so far in this module I have great insight on terms and definitions that are commonly used in my career path, as well as how to use my training materials resourcefully.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
