Through Leading with Generative AI, I learned that gen AI is a leadership tool, not just a technology. It requires human judgment, ethical use, transparency, and emotional intelligence to manage risks like bias and inaccuracies.
I plan to apply this by using gen AI to support creativity and efficiency, while keeping humans in the loop, encouraging open dialogue, addressing concerns, and aligning AI use with team goals to drive responsible and meaningful innovation.
