No matter the trade quality customer service must be part of the training and execution of the skills taught.

Integrated learning is a vital tool for students to master skills within their trade.  I am a culinary arts teacher and we are somewhat limited in virtual training for obvious reasons. However I did take a course where students practiced skills in their home setting and then submitted finished product pictures for visual grading.

In all trades knowing the theoretical aspect of the knowledge is paramount to problem solving skills and quality execution of the manual aspect of the trade.

After completing this section, some great aspects were presented.  I feel that presentation skills, verbal and critical thinking skills are very important for technical learners.  Everyone thinks that only hands on teaching methods offer the student the most full experience but this section backs up the facts that other skills are very important in order to be successful.
