A calm approach will often give you the tools to resolve most issues. People will reduce their fears when their leader shows confidence. Perserverance with strong leadership will open others with their solutions.
It is a well known fact that exercise at any age is a way to relieve stress. It not only helps you cope with stress but conditions your body to be healthier in general. Please go to "You Tube" and look up "Brain Rules" by John Medina. The book is available in all book stores. You will see the benefit of exercise in the book and the You Tube video.
Taking time to reflect is a good practice. There are many techniques for getting this refelection time. Hasty decisions often come back to haunt us. Your style fits you well unless you live in Nebraska in January. If walking can't be done then occupying yourself with another task or conversation will give you time it takes to come back and be better at analyzing your decision or actions. You are on the right track. Keep up your journey to great decisions.
There is both good and bad stress. Some stress does motivate us and has it's rewards. Bad stress can harm us and cause us health problems. Stress relievers can reduce bad stress. You need to understand your body to know what works for you.
Team players are very important to performance. Each can contribute with their expertise to lessen the anxiety. If you have this type of team it will serve you well.
There is good stress and bad. Exercise is good stress. In John Medina's book, "Brain Rules"he explains the value of exercise.
Teaching has some do's and don'ts for you. One is abosolutely have a positive attitude without negativity. A negative attitude creates stress for everyone.
Positive talk helps to reduce stress. When a person Can take a bad situatiion and see the light at the end of tunnel.
Sometimes it is very helpful to remove yourself from the daily strain of your task. It can be helpful to vary your techniques of refresh. Reading, walking, talking with a friend or colleague etc. When you have the balance to refresh your mind to continue with the challenges of the day you can accomplish so much more.
Keeping yourself well balance in your approach to any issues or decisions helps you be more at peace with your self. Exercise, sleep, recreation and spiritual needs will work when they are well balanced.
