Student services are a resource that are highly valuable to students therefore I want a deeper understanding of what is offered and the benefits of these resources for our studnets. 

If I accurately understand the documents and processes, and create space to do so, it allows me to equip the student to understad why we have these systems in place and recognize their value. 

So far I have learned it is important to stay up to date with affiliated marketing campaigns and collect the data so that when students come to me, I know their general understanding of our institution.
