I learnt about record management that entails the different methods and the importance of storing information for future retrieval. More so, how to respond to personal emails and the need to uphold privacy. The different types of behavior and conflict management. In attrition management, the instructot needs to do all he or she can for the e-learners to alleviate alienation, excessive workload, competition and technical issues.

The difference between asynchronous discussion; discussions thst happen at different moments and takes place over a periodof time, versus synchronous discussions that are real time and are known as chat sessions. I will continue to use different learning styles for all of my students as one student can have more than one learning style. Through an effective feedback technique my students will be able to participate with confidence and a motivation to learn.

I have learnt the importance of knowing that the online instructors must know how to influence, persuade, inspire and energize their students, in the same manner of that of a traditional classroom environment. Such implementations are necessary and I will continue to project these in my online classroom as this will enable the students to feel more comfortable and knowing that they have an instructor that brings in motivation and support that is essential towards the success of the students

This section of the lesson highlights about the modules and lessons that forms the course structure. The Course Management System delivers an online environment as well as a means to track the performance of students. Also, the emphasis on support infrastructure that entails the learning support for the online instructor and the technical support that includes the technical team is an educative reinforcer. As an online instructor, it is important to familiarize oneself with the course delivery techniques to be an effective and efficient online instructor.
