What does interactional leadership mean?  How can I develop it to improve my leadership?

Looking forward to learning about the impact my leadership has and how I cn improve.

I agree that leadership styles do change depending on the situation, however, one style seems to be our dominate style.  Giving a voice can create insight into situations and develop responsibility.  

I am looking forward to learning my leadership style from this module.

I have excellent people skills and always work to get the job done, I think i am more a manager with some characteristics of a leader

I am definately a hands on person and getting the job done.
