Comment on Julian Watson's post: I love using this in my classes.  Depending on the lesson I am teaching I will ask students to find websites that answers questions that have come up during discussions or to seek answers to questions I provide to them.  I ask them to send me the links of the sites they have used, which in turn helps me to keep refreshing the content I provide to the students.

I had to quickly adapt to teaching my daughter in a different way than I learn.  Now that I am teaching, I still apply the different learning styles in my class, especially during review time.
