It's good to know that what and where of how the institution markets so you can be prepared for questions.

Having a good grasp on what's in the catalog and on the Enrollment Agreement will help me explain to a prospect what their financial obligations may be.

I think having a notebook of all the rules, regulations, and tools can help me be more effective in my job.
