Syllabus/Checklist is important for students and teachers. With a clear syllabus, students can understand what is expected of them and how the classroom/class work will be conducted. It gives students/Instructor the ability to plan for current topics.

Leading by example and being professional. As a professional you must always be the example to students. Being able to motivate students and being able to convey the information to students in an effective positive manner.
