I learned that an instructor can use proper learning and teaching techniques with support from technology. I can determine what type of systems with work for me in the virtual classroom.

I learned great tips about how to identify with my audience more and preparing for my presentations.

This module helped me understand how to assess the accommodation and determine how to provide access to students with disabilities.

I learned more in depth about reasonable accommodations in combination with The American Disabilities ACT. I also learned about the responsibility of the student, and the importance for the institution to ensure that all students have access to their educational needs. 

I learned that are multiple options to introduce yourself and professional background to the students.  

The e-learning tool is imperative because it provides structure and organization.  The modules shows an importance on how to structure assignments for students and provide detail information.  The flow of online courses must include organizing tools to assist students with an easier navigation.  Communication is also key to the online structure.  So far I have learned that there are multiple ways in the online enviroment to provide informative information to students.
