I learned about how transfer credits work from institution to institution and what articulation agreements are. 

I have learned that admissions should use career services and academics to get the most up-to -date information on programs and employability rates after graduation so they can provide prospective students with this information.

I have learned that there a different processes  depending on what individual institutions offer but communication about financial obligations must be disclosed to the student and all paperwork must be kept and filed in a manner that is consistent with institutional guidelines.  

I have learned that there are several laws that regulate admissions employees and agents.  Also these laws require training for anyone who is going to be in a position of enrolling students along with continuing education throughout their careers.
