I learned the 7 principles of learning are essential for learning. Every student has separate needs, knowledge and talents. Each individual should be able to openly express their knowledge in an appropriate way. 

I have learned that having the students truly understand, be involved and create a personalized learning environment is a great way to get content to each student. 

I have learned that being technically efficient is extremely important with online learning/courses. Setting clear standards and examples is a good way to help when a student is having this issue. 

I have learned the importance in that every student learns in a different way and as an educator I need to be able to apply multiple different strategies for all students to be successful. I plan to apply this by learning about the student and their individual needs.
