Showing students that we follow core values.  That are fair and consistent and follow complinace but at the same time making it a fun, safe and safe environment to learn in within a positve culture.  Helping them see the the way to confidence and to be successful in thier field and life. 

Teaching Life Skills is often part of the role of the educatior.  

To mislead any potential studnet goes against our Core Values.   Follow our Mission Statement and Core Values with dealing with people. 

 

We must at all time keep our Core Values with us and that will guide us to "Do the Right Thing"

 

It is improtnat to follow the core values and follow "do the right thing" for each student enrolling.  The decision is one of the most improtnat steps for all students, financially and personally.  It is there goal to start a new career. Part of our mission statement....

Concorde prepares committed students for successful employment. 

Respect is one of our core values.   If someone outs us on the DNC we should honor that request. 

 

It is importnat that we do the right thing.  Follow core values. Careful of misrepresentation, at times we can get carreid away and say or use words that can be misunderstood or misrepresent the campus.  

 

The Right Thing....great topic to keep the student informed and keep us within complince.  Never forgetting our Core Values. 

 

Core Values and the mission statement are so important to have the entire campus believe in and be part of.   With following these two major Concorde beliefs will lead to postive student outcomes. 

 

We must all remember to respect privacy. No matter if it on the DNC or via a social media pathway. But yet we must try to reach out to our students and graduates to let them know we are available to assist them.

Follow the five Pillars of Standards and you will be do the right thing.
