First day of class

The first day of class I explain the grading system, and also where they can get help obtaining asatisfactory grade.I also explain the lessons in the sessions, and the order we will learn them. I also explain what I expect of them while they are in class, and the consequences of misbehavier.

Common Instructor mistakes

Not doing proper class preparation is a common mistake made. Students can quickly tell that the instructor is not prepared. You need to own up to your mistakes and then move on. Students will respect you for this.
