A checklist works for me.

Each class may be different. Some students will have multiple years of experience. Listen and plan accordingly. The 5 Cs" ( Credible, Candid, Compassionate, Committed and Clear works for me. Years of being a nurse in the field will help students with their growth and development.

This module makes you aware that the category of age plays a role is how well a student does in his or her program.  

It is understandable knowing that different stages in age play a factor in how well a student understands his or her program.
