Sitting in classes is a fantastic way to really understand the "student experience". This helps me to convey proper information to prospective students. 

I make sure each student has access to the catalog prior to meeting in person. 

I use student file checklist to make sure i stay in compliance and give the student all the necessary information they need.  

Zoom meeting really helps to get that facetime when we are unable to meet on campus. I find it motivates the students more. 

I find that a resource notebook works the best for me. I have been able to track inquires to enrollment very well this way.
