Activity

I have learned that whether  I am experiencing a crises or another person,  the person involved has to first accept the fact that he/she needs help. If Im the person in crisis, only then will I realize that help is available. I just have to take it and be not resistive to it.

Having known the aptitudes and base knowledge of my students, I select the best teaching strategy , and I deliver the learning material in the simplest, direct way, at the same time, being creative enough to keep the students interested and focus in their learning of the given material

I need to know my students' abilities and base knowledhe so I can adapt my teaching style in order to maximize the learning experience

I need to have an overall "feel" of the class as soon as possible, or maybe in the couple days from the start. Knowing where the students are at (aptitude, interest, and knowledge base), I am better able to adapt my teaching style and other teaching strategies to harness their inherent abilities

I can maxime how effective my instructive by geeting the "pulse" of the class each day. I do this being there mi utes before the time. This way, I get to greet and interact with them as they enter the classroom.

To maximize how effective my daily instruction, I need to have a grasp of the "psyche" of the class. I do this by being there minutes before the class and by greeting them and meeting each student as he comes into the room, I get the pulse of the class in general.

I need to have a grasp of my students' psyche at the start of each day of class. I do this by being there before the class and as I greet each student coming into class, I ge the the "pulse of the class" for that day

I need to know myself and my abilities and cultivate them in a way that I can use them appropriately to my students utilising  the latest instructional strategies
