This module taught me different ways to ensure each student participates (in some way shape or form). This was helpful because the lesson touched on different dynamics that I have experienced and witnessed before. I will apply this new knowledge by asking for anonymous feedback, asking open ended questions, asking students what they FEEL about a topic, walking around during discussion, and promote group work.

I learned that the social environment that I create for the class creates a more meaningful experience for the students. 

Implementation: I will do my best to learn tips and tricks to remembering students' names and important facts about them, I will greet them all, provide meaningful feedback on their work, give praise and encouragement, etc. 

I learned that diversity is an important component to understanding the specific nuances of each class set and individuals. Each student will have something important to bring to the table. Each student learns differently. Each has their own goals. I think learning about the student as much as possible in the first part of courses is key to success for the whole class. 

Implementation: I would have each student fill out a form about themselves that would allow me to get to know them better as a reference sheet. This would help me better build lessons and improve participation and… >>>
