The challenge lies in the balance of increasing learning versus defining how good students are. When students get to their field, the reputation of the school is at stake. A student that earned a high grade, should reflect his abilities. Fairness is also due to the employers. For a student to learn, he must be put through challenges. These should reflect what was taught. Evaluating through the course, does give an opportunity for both the student and the instructor to verify the level of understanding or promote additional required learning.

When sharring a room with multiple instructors. I feel that instructors of the same topic, should allow time to meet every 3 weeks to review any new room or ressources necessary to improve preparadness.

Motivating a student is the hardest thing to do. It is not always easy to find the right bias to get their full interest and motivation. However it is by far the most challenging endeavour.
