This taught me to listen at a higher level so that I can be effective in hearing my prospective students needs and then ask the questions that will respond to their needs. 

I learned about understanding the prospective student will help me with my understanding and make me better able to help them and relate to their needs. 

Understand these group dynamic could allow successful use of teamwork to problem solve. 

Understnading how to Colloborate and to ensure virepoints are respected and voices are heard are critical to success. 

It is certainly interesting seeing the different communication styles and how certain things work for certain generations. 

Gives understanding of generations beyonf just memes and jokes and seeing the values and struugles each generation has. 

I learned that messages can use techniques that generate responses, but also act as a way to help sell your school to a prospect.

I found the advice of how to handle no shows very relavent and helped me come up with some things I can do to help. 

Small things have big impacts. Remember to smile and be positive can have major impact in the results. 

The importance of building rapport, but listening to needs is so critical.
