Making sure to use different approaches will help reach more students.

Mixing up my appraoch will help reach more students.

Taking time to set yourself up on the first day of class helps set the tone for the course.

Having a checklist and notepad is essential to making sure that you cover the necessary items and track any items that need follow up.

I specifically have 2 very important take aways from the lesson.

1) The 5 "C's": Credible, Candid, Compassionate, Committed and Clear are a must in being a successful instructor. 

2) The 3 compitencies: Tehcnical, Professional and Personal ensures that you are on the right path.
