Learners tend to learn new material at different levels. The older generation has to study more intently to obtain the same new information as opposed to younger students.

I really liked the muddiest/clearest lecture observation made by a group of students. It requires reflection and debate and allows the students the opportunity to inform the instructor on which portions need clarification and adjustment to provide a better learning experience.
