Providing online courses can allow feedback from the instructor quickly and efficiently

I learned the benefits of both synchronous and asynchronous discussions. The young adults taking courses now seem to prefer asynchronous courses to perform tasks at their own speed and discretion

On line learning has been more prelevant over the years and I did not know that students used to perform studies via the mail system with an instructor

instructors should set clear expectations for all coursework and use rubrics, ensure students understand the expectations and the way the instructor will perform both summative and formative evaluations

Different forms of communication tactics must be placed in the course syllabus

Following etiquette is important when communicating online, try not to use language that is degrading to the students.

There are pros and cons to using online training tactics. It is the instructors responsibiltiy to use them wisely

This section highlighted the importance of engaging students and performing on line activities but I don't believe this section really applies to me as my instruction is all Hands on testing.
