A huge learning curve for me was going from being the "go to" person in my field, to being the person who always has questions or issues was very challenging  

I learned a lot of the history of education.  I want to provide appropriate education to students, as well as teach them practical methods to use in their professional careers.  

I learned to be mindful of different student learning methods and how to begin to incorporate options in sharing the content required.
