I have learned that keeping record of things is very important. This module also taught me to be understanding and have open communication with the students given the fact that they may steer off course.

I have learned that by adding discussion topics and keeping them fresh will help my students be active in the discussion forum. Also give each student advie or just leaving a comment will aslo help keep the discussion live and moving forward.

In this section I have learn how important it is to give my students insight on who I am and what I have achieved along the way. It is also important for me to learn each one one my students as individuals and build relationships with each one of them. Using these strategies will help my students become successful.

After going through the first part of this training I have found that there are may different ways to help my students feel comfortable and be sucessful in my course.
