I love the class that I teach, so I find it easy to be enthusiastic and excited. However, some chapter content can be "heavy" and "boring," so I combat this by creating games like Jeopardy to avoid a long, boring lecture.

I feel that it is essential to familiarize myself with students' prior educational experiences. This way, I can have some general knowledge of what skills they are bringing to the course. Outlining the beginning of the class and ending with a summarization is key to conducting an organized classroom.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
