I really enjoyed this lesson. I currently teach Digital Media Classes and I have a strong interest in video production. I went to college to become a film director, and I ended up teaching after graduation. I love teaching part time and I would love to incorporate some independent filmmaking in my career endeavors as well. This lesson really inspired me to become more aware of this desire and start to network with professionals in the field for more opportunities. My instructional style is very professional, yet welcoming to the students. I teach Digital Media and General Education courses, and I always dress Business Professional in the classroom. My classes and break times begin and end on time, and students are deducted points if they are late coming back from break. My classroom instructional methods are well organized. Students are advised of classroom expectations and disciplinary actions in the classroom. Although classroom expectations are somewhat strict, I am inviting to the students.
