In the small drive, I learned the best way to effectively manage the flow of a large balance of information to keep an effective recordkeeping style. Some forms of doing this are more than a response tan o the assignment, transcripts for discussion, and chat.

I've learned in this module that asynchronous does not happen simultaneously, so that it could be teaching a class and then providing that class at a later time under another structured concept, so the instructor lead. Or synchronous means that it happens in real-time so that somebody can attend the class or view the course from the camera online. Some of the disadvantages are the scheduling of the students across different time zones as well as text screen chat advance, and analyzing some reason individual students and put through a chat session versus being Able to verbalize that insight. What I have learned during this module is to understand the utilization of the classroom strategies that I have and adapt. The changes in design are necessary to influence and persuade my students into a better understanding and learning, utilizing effective listening and verbal cues. The e-learning environment can sometimes be daunting, but with grade levels of study understanding of the utilization of the system, a professor can use it to project a tremendous authoritative presence in the e-learning arena. What I have learned already is three use of structural integrity. We could develop comprehensive Content half-hour courses into Marshalls in logical lessons. This allows us the opportunity to be able to provide both an overview as well as detailed information about specific topics. Through the utilization of the quality of media utilized in the program, as well as the level of interaction between the professor and the student, can help develop our intellectual exchange.
