Integrity and honesty are important when speaking with perspective students and I learned more details regarding the FAFSA.

This section highlighted the importance of providing accurate information to prospective students, and the consequences of not following policy. 

I learned the importance of making sure to follow all policies and procedures, and what can happen if the policies are not clearly followed such as a fine for calling someone on the DNC list.
