You need to create a wide range of testing to get a better understanding of your learners knowldege

Having an understanding of the many different ways to evaluate your students, can make them and your class more successful in the learning. Having some of the non-graded activities can help determine, what you might need to reinforce in the class.

Recognition and Praise are important when responding to answers. If shy students see this when other students respond, it may make them feel more at ease. They may even start to open up and start responding and participating in those discussions.  

Look at your lesson, what are the main points you are trying to teach? How can I try and hit the 4 different styles? Lecturing isn't always the best. If you try to incorporate the different styles, the lesson will be more engaging. You will get more out of your students.
